About us

The café has been in our family since 1989. A lot has changed over the years, but what hasn’t changed is our dedication to providing great home cooked food and a friendly Forest experience.

In addition to preparing all of our fresh hot and cold food at the café, we also bake our cakes and pasties on site. Our food is locally sourced wherever possible, ethically produced, sustainably managed, traceable and safe.

We strive to reduce the waste generated by the café and only use 100% compostable take-away products.
